Welcome to the Applied Behaviour Change (ABC) Laboratory! We are located in both the Arts and RHS buildings on the University of British Columbia Okanagan campus in Kelowna. The ABC Lab is overseen by Dr. Heather Gainforth, Assistant Professor in the School of Health and Exercise Sciences within the Faculty of Health and Social Development. Our areas of interest are focused on promotion and maintenance of health behaviours, knowledge translation, special populations, and behaviour change theory.
